Spangled Drongo

Description:

This is probably a Spangled Drongo. Spotted outside my hotel window in Coron, Palawan. Please help ID correctly.

Two similar species occur on Palawan.
A.panayensis and A. minor.The later being smaller.
It's not easy to tell from a photo but the size of the bill leans toward panayensis.
Also A.minor is at higher elevations than the lowland A.panayensis.
