Small bird,yellow feathers,black cap, wings mainly black with small white stripes,black tail and sometimes visible white rump.

Habitat:

Fence bordering old field.

Notes:

The fence bordering an old field has become a evening resting perch for many American Goldfinches in the area. This goldfinch did not startle and chirped a little.
