I've corrected the ID on this one. This is a juvenile Swainson's Thrush looks very similar to 2 other thrushes found here in Washington State, The Veery and the Hermit Thrush as well as the American Pipit.

Habitat:

Spotted at the Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge near riparian woods.
