Description:

One of the shortest willow species. This one was blooming but the leaves were not fully open yet and still a bit wooly

Habitat:

On top of Pillar Mountain, a relatively small mountain close to town with six windmills. The mountain often has a large mass of fog or clouds over it even when other parts of town are clear so the area receives a lot of moisture
