My brother said these mounds are not fire ants, but termites.
Hi Doreen. You have a great series of photos of Brazil wildlife. I hope you're enjoying your stay at my country. Yes, fire ants can be a nuisance (to say the least...), but I hope my other compatriots are treating you better ... :-)
