Phacellophora camtschatica
30 to 40 cm wide jellyfish with a yellowish center. Tentacles have a mild sting and can be as long as 6 m. Not sure what it had captured in its tentacles. Spend much of their time motionless or slowly pulsing thru the water. Feeds on gelatinous zooplankton, especially other medusae.
Spotted in Puget Sound near the Nisqually river estuary.
