Santolina rosmarinifolia

Description:

Evergreen shrub with narrow, aromatic green leaves and yellow composite flowerheads on slender stalks above the foliage. The leaves are similar to rosemary ones.

Habitat:

Open area with meadows, rocks and oaks (Q. pyrenaica). Reserva de la Biosfera del Real Sitio de San Ildefonso-El Espinar.

I guess so, but spirals are not well defined and it is difficult to count them with precision.
