Look more like a mosquito hawk than a mosquito. They are larger than Mosquitos and have the coloring as shown

Definitely a mosquito (rather than, say, a midge): The wings are longer than the body, the mouthparts look right, and the angle at which the body is held also looks right. From what I can see in the picture, it looks like a female. Males have feathery-looking antennae, while the females have less decorated antennae.
