I thought that too, but it's not too distinguishing compared to the Mangrove Root Crab (Goniopsis cruentata). Maybe this link would help better: http://sercblog.si.edu/?cat=95? I'm trying to get to know my crabs better here in Florida. I feel pretty confident in saying it is a Mangrove Tree Crab. I'm not sure what else it could be with that pattern and shape of the shell (carapace).

When I looked up the species it seemed to match. There are some with red on them that show up in a search but I don't think those are Aratus pisonii

I think these are Tree Mangrove Crabs.
