Winged Pipefish

Halicampus macrorhynchus

Description:

Variably colored, but commonly shades of red, yellow, green or brown; 8-10 pairs skin flaps on the back may resemble small 'wings', long snout. Pipefish are from the same family as Seahorse.

Thanks, @Marta. They can be very well camouflaged among their surrounding.
However, they don't move too far from where they usually are, so its not too difficult once you know where they are to look for them :D
