Nice find Luis! I think I recognize those mouth parts... This one might be Bittacidae... not flies at all but they look similar. Sometimes called hanging flies or scorpion flies in north americas? Stupid names for non-diptera. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hangingfly
