Yes, you're right, need to post separately. First post, I wasn't sure. Thank you for the info! Appreciate your wood sorrel pic :)
Also, don't eat the spurge, it contains a toxic sap.
The yellow one is spurge of some sort (Euphorbia sp.). I would suggest creating a separate spotting for each different plant so they can all be identified.
