a family of bugs i saw in the morning, it seemed like chilies in the first glance, i am not sure if all of them are of the same species but they seem to stick together (the white might be their mother?), although i am not sure.

Very nice spotting of the adult and nymphs. Perhaps some type of leaf-footed bug?
