Sun Flower

Description:

These flowers were abundant in the area and were fragrant. There were beautiful yellow with reddish orange centers. The pollen/nectar was sticky and stained your fingers.

Habitat:

These flowers were located in grassy fields where water was frequent and sun light was plentiful! Surprisingly they were located in Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve.

Notes:

The area was incredibly beautiful. I recommend visiting Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve!
