Near lake shore, long grasses and wildflowers. Sandy beach.

Sitting on Milkweed that was covered in aphids.

Nice picture. I don't believe Coccinella magnifica occurs in North America. I believe the spots are slightly different in size and shape as well. They are very similar though.
