Hammerhead worm

Description:

about 3cm, terrestrial planarian, maybe a species of Bipalium?

Habitat:

tropical rainforest

Notes:

The coolest hammerhead worm I've ever spotted. I was surprised I even noticed it. I was hiking in Kubah national park and just happened to look down to see where I was stepping and then spotted this.
