Flying Ant??

Description:

Black Body with a big olive abdomen, 6 legs, pair of antennae, wings like glass with cream design on wings, just under an inch long.

Habitat:

Seems to be looking for crevice in wood to lay possible eggs,jungles,gardens and landscaped areas. maybe not an ant but Termite..

Notes:

not sure if ant,termite or neither?

I would say flying ant. Note that there is a distinct small segment (petiole) between the thorax and the abdomen - with a kind of upward projection on it. You can see it in photos 2 and 3.
