Agapanthia asphodeli

Description:

Agapanthia asphodeli is a species of flat-faced longhorn beetle belonging to the family Cerambycidae, subfamily Lamiinae. It is brown coloured and has yellow lines along the elytron and very long brown and yellow antennae. They are polyphagous in herbaceous plants, mainly feeding on Asphodelus sp., Thapsia villosa and Ferula sp.

Habitat:

Spotted on Asphodelus ramosus at a Holm oak forest
