I found it! I believe it's a Citrine Forktail. If you search it on Google Images you can clearly see the similarity!

It might be an Orange Bluet, and the green color may actually be the green leaf reflecting its light onto its yellow skin. It may be a younger damesfly so it may not have yet matured into its final form. It's just a suggestion though, although it's the only damesfly I know which has yellowish skin on the bottom and darker skin on the top.

You're right! I apologize. Dragonflies and damesflies aren't my area of expertise. I'll keep a lookout for any more possible suggestions.

Thank you for your suggestion. Although, I don't think it is this species, because it does not have that blue patch on the end of the abdomen, and the abdomen is more of a yellowish color.
