Very difficult from that distance. 4 species in Texas, you can rule out Jackrabbit on this one and maybe Swamp rabbit since it looks pretty dry there. The other two are more difficult to tell apart unless you see their ears. That is the Eastern Cottontail and the Desert Cottontail.
