It looks like a species of Flower mantis under Genus Creobroter.
Hi Võ Anh Tuấn, Thank you for the comment. I'm little confused between these 2 closely related species Creobroter gemmatus and Creobroter pictipennis. Both are native to Asia. The only difference is the wing pattern, as per below article, but exact difference is unclear :
