?

Description:

A dragonfly transitioning to adult stage. (6 pictures + slideshow). After dusk, the dragonfly larvae climbs out of the water to transition into the adult stage of life. By sunrise all of the dragonflies that transitioned through the night are ready to fly, though many take off while it's still dark.
