No problem Injica, I had to wait half an hour for the male emperor I was watching to stop for about 5 seconds so I could get a shot!! The female however was easier as she was busy layingeggs in the pond. They are both on my page if you want to check them out! :-)
Thank you Debbie for your efforts but I have sent this photos already to my friend biologist who is specialist for dragonflies and she can't confirm it ;) and I am far away from being sure, but by the luck and its behavior is rather Aeshna cyanea coz I am never so lucky to find something tricky or complicated and imperious are super not-calm ;)

Hi Injica, I would definitely say blue emperor because if you look at these photos from flickr the top part of the abdomen appears brown in the blue darner whereas yours is green, the same as the blue emperor:
