Sometimes they grow into their long limbs and long tail. I had a very lovely cat who went thru a similar phase, Once he grew into these,a real beauty.Hope that helps!

A belated welcome to Project Noah. It is indeed a sad-looking animal. The backyard habitat mission may be ok for this but not the missions Birds of the world or signs of wildlife (which is for spottings of tracks, shells, bones, etc.)

Too big for a fox this was large in height tall as a shepherd but looked young and starving which made its face more prominent

It actually looks more like a fox to me, but I could be wrong. Poor thing! Mange is awful!
