It's certainly not a Subalpine Warbler, but at the first sight it almost gave me cantillans' feels :) These are very abundant all year round, but are not always easy to photograph, no Sylvia is!
I think the slight white edge to the dark tail and lack of orange tinge should separate this female from the Subalpine female. We get these in our garden in winter and both in the marshes in summer.

Could almost be a Subalpine Warbler eheheh. These are very common but not always easily photographed!
