Hey guys. Chun it looks like a great match to me. I've updated.

Hi Dan and Bayucca, this is more closer to a C. pubisulcus.
C. quadrivirgatus is only found in Northwest Borneo.
C. pubisulcus is larger and found in Sarawak.
I cannot confirm that this is a C. pubisulcus but this is the best ID match I could get from "Lizards Of Borneo" guide book by Indraneil Das.

Thanks bayucca. I think it looks exactly like your suggestion.

My closest guess would be Cyrtodactylus sp. and a little bit closer, why not Cyrtodactylus quadrivirgatus?? Please, check yourself!

Note the blue part above the eyes, the tiny black spot/pin on the head between the eyes, the banded tail. The darker markings on the body may vary as usual ;-)...
