Leuba dug up some good info on these and it seems Ambicodamus crinitus is likely (found in southern Vic and Tasmania) I think it's a matter of goolies under the microscope for all 7 genera and 29 species to be sure. Check Leuba's link http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/817...
I can't see much difference either but there are now several ID's including Nicodamus sp. (just put up by Stephen Thorpe http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/322... ) I'm as keen as any to determine the right names - just thought I might get your comments :-)

Checking the Wiki range for the family Nicodamidae lists five species in five genera that are recorded in Victoria. This does not include Oncodamus (NSW) so I reject my own ID suggestion. http://bie.ala.org.au/species/urn:lsid:b...
The possibilities include the following but I cannot tell them apart.
?Ambicodamus crinitus
? Nicodamus peregrinus

I cannot see much difference. Is there a feature that causes you to prefer this ID?
