Description:

This fungus was observed in the trunk of a tree in a stretch of Atlantic Forest. It has 4cm of diameter and white coloration.

Notes:

The visible part of the fungus is its body of fruiting, the rest is inside the tree. May indicate that the health of the tree is compromised.
