A white underside with a brown back and there are two black rings around the neck. Saw about 20 babies this day, and they were pretty much the cutest things I have ever seen!
Running all over the road in a marshy area. Anytime there was a momma killdeer, you were almost guaranteed to see little babies too. Had to drive slow until they ran off the road to avoid running over them.
