Small brown bird ( 7cm ) with fish scale like markings on the chest.
Lower Seletar Reservoir. Near jungle and on the edge of the reservoir in the grass field.
It was far away and rather skittish so I could not take a great picture. It seemed they were "walking" on the grass.
