Haploa confusa

Description:

Tiny brown moth with an orange head and white/cream colored blotches on the wings. We had a few of these on the deck this morning.

I agree with LuckyLogan on the ID suggestion. Haploa confusa looks like the closest match! Nice find!

That's just a guess, there are a lot of species of Haploa that look really similar
