Description:

Main body was about 2" long. Black legs, blond prosoma, orange and black abdomen. Larger palps indicates this to be a male.

Habitat:

4500' elevation. Highdesert Grassland at the foot of an oak forest.

Notes:

This guy was out and about, likely scouting for a mate, following a heavy rain
