It is Oniscidea but Common Woodlouse Oniscus asellus have antennae and not a thick tail ;) and this are btw. much calmer while those would run away in seconds. This are super slow and not excited at all. But it tricky to determinate it cause I have found it at the river mouth...

Tylos latreillei or similar is also possible on Mediterranean coast.
