Araneus grossus
Prosoma brown, with brighter margin. Eye region yellowish, densely provided with bright hairs. Sternum yellowish-brown, with dark margin. Chelicerae brown. Legs brown, vaguely annulated. Opisthosoma highly bulged, light brown, with dark brown pattern, tubercles yellowish. Body length male: 11 mm, Body length female: 15.6 - 25 mm
It is found in herbaceous layer and on bushes at warm, sunny locations rare in Central Europe
ha ha ha it was quite funny to see it so fat and big just hanging upside down on a thin thread, so yes it is a good candidate for a cartoon ;) Tnx again!
no no injica your photos are clear enough, for me first it look like a photo of a cartoon character :) because of the pattern of its opisthosoma. this is a great spotting friend
On the first photo there are some branches behind so in not so clear what is a spider and what's the tree. Thank you bherath20 ;)

Araneus grossus for sure, and it's a large female (females reach 2cm in size)...They come in many different colors and shades, but the pattern of the belly is always the same :)
Step back cause it is so close for me to tell but I will try to find people who know what type of spider
