This looks like a red fox that is partially melanistic! Very cool sight! I don't believe it is a dog/fox hybrid but It might be a red fox/gray fox hybrid. Not sure if gray fox live in your area or not though...

Wow, this is really something else. I've never seen anything like it before! The likelihood that it is a dox (fox bred with a dog) is very unlikely, but... I really have no idea. What a great picture and unusual find!
