Balcony, attracted from surrounding countryside by night light.

It's very difficult to ID these Scopula, because some Scopula look like Idaea, and some Idaea look like Scopula.

I don't know, I have literally measure it and its smaller too, but what ever I have read about (markings descriptions) fits, but Ideae are from my experience, evidently shinier and btw. Idaea mediaria has no fine cloud-like markings and no signs of 4 spots that are typical for Scopulae ...I don't know but from this 2 the possibility that'd Ideae is 40%...

This one has only 16mm wingspan, Scopula marginepunctata is 25-28mm.
J has been suggesting Idaea mediaria for those similar to this and are 14-19mm.
