Ivan, I only make a comment about the genus Leptophyes, so I am really not sure about the species name! If I would be convinced about the species I would have make a suggestion ;-)...
Please, re-check, there might be other Leptophyes sp. in your area:

Yours looks still like being a nymph, so ID might be anyway not easy. It really could be Leptophyes punctatissima, I am just not sure.
There is also a little misspelling in the common name: Should be bush not buch...
