Description:

The Zabulon Skipper, sometimes called the Southern Dimorphic Skipper, is a North American butterfly. This small butterfly is about 1 to 1/38" (25-35cm). Has slim, triangular wings. Color is yellow-orange and brown. I saw two of these butterflies circling each other but only one landed on a leaf and got a picture.

Habitat:

In the forest at Pocomoke River State Park in Pocomoke City, Maryland.
