Okay, just a guess here. I think what you have is a plant with five petaled flowers, and the one open flower is abnormal. Look at the number of sepals in the bud next to the open flower; I think there are five. The plant looks a lot like spring forget-me-not, Myosotis verna. If the cluster of buds is really a raceme that is bunched up, I think that's your plant. Take a look at some online pics and see what you think.
