Robber fly mating

Description:

They were about15mm in size. Found many mating pairs in the area, and there are two different couples in this spotting. This is the first time I see this, and it is a great chance to study the sexual dimorphism. The difference is bigger than I thought.

Habitat:

Meadowland. Mlawula Nature reserve.
