Pine warbler

Setophaga pinus

Description:

The pine warblers do indeed hang out often in pine trees; the males are gorgeous with their deep yellow hues. Immature males and females can look quite pale, almost like another species.

Habitat:

Ebenezer Point, Jordan Lake, near lakeshore.
