Scarlet Tanager

Piranga olivacea

Description:

Second one to arrive on my porch May 15 2014

Notes:

This little guy blessed my porch on May 15th 2014 a very rainy day. We think it is a female but not sure. I posted the other one he was with. We call him Rocky as he looks like he just won a fight.

Please add the scientific name Piranga olivacea so that this lovely spotting is not in the unidentified section.
