Description:

An almost complete circle of these were growing from the sawn end of a medium sized eucalyptus log. The largest were about 50mm wide. Notable features were white, cut-teeth gills and a very rough patch on the top surface.

Habitat:

In a local state park dominated by small eucalyptus.

Probably a Lentinellus species. Something similar to Lentinellus ursinus.
