Too petite for a Gos, supercilium is too slight, and the coverts not patterned strongly enough. Looks like a typical Cooper's to me.

If he's was really big and had white patches on his wing coverts, you may have spotted a N. Goshawk!

Do you know how big the bird is? He's definitely an accipiter. He looks like a Cooper's Hawk, but the pale supercillium could indicate a Sharp-shinned.
