Description:

This is a small, possibly juvenile spadefoot. It's slimy skin, vertical pupils, and small black spades for digging on its rear feet all show that this is a spadefoot.

Habitat:

This spadefoot was found in a ponderosa forest.

Notes:

This spadefoot was found after a great deal of rain.
