thanks to Karen and to bayucca for the ID. Festive is definitely a good name for this moth! it was dressed up in very festive colours!
Erebidae, Arctiinae, Arctiini, Euchromiina, Cosmosoma sp. and almost sure it is Cosmosoma festivum.
