Hi Pam!

There are butterflies everywhere right now. All you have to do is pull over you car on the side of the road where ever there is an empty field and you will see millions! There are lots of skippers, sulphers, malachites, peacocks, elf, long-wings, and many others. Morphos prefer older growth forest areas. Where ever you see bananas and large heliconias you will likely see Owl butterfly caterpillars.

There is still plenty of time. I live south of Tamarindo in Playa Negra. If you would like to meet I would be amenable going most anywhere in northern guanacaste. My schedule is pretty flexible. Let me know your plans and we will work it out.

Larry i'm still there for another 10 days, then Guatemala! Only problem is that the internet is often not so good where the butterflies are, or in the rainforest!
