This is most probably a Planthopper, maybe a Flatid Planthopper, Flatidae. But we would need more pictures. Just an illustration:

I only know Anormenis chloris, but I am not sure if this one is actually found in CR and there are certainly a whole bulk of planthoppers in CR...
