Welcome to Project Noah, rokim! I hope you enjoy this community as much as I do. This little guy looks like a Brown Snake to me. They are nice, harmless snakes that can often be found in suburban areas. They eat mostly slugs and earthworms. Since snakes are reptiles, this belongs in that section. I have moved this little snake to the Reptiles section for you.
