Jewel beetle

Buprestidae fam.

Plenty of those bugs at the same plant. They seem to be pollinators. When flying it reminded me more of a fly than a beetle. Also, when flying, a bright blue body was shown under the wings. Sice: 1cm

High altitude mixed forrest and meadowland, dry season. A Plant next to a gravel road.
